Drone presents for Christmas 2020

So, you a Drone for Christmas, what else might you want for Christmas 2020?

Here are some of my ideas for Drone Christmas presents 2020

Drone Landing Pad £11.09

A Drone Landing pad is great when there is long grass, sand or a gritty surface that you don't want blowing on the drone when taking off or landing.

Also good for people to know where the pilot of the drone is.

This is the one that I have. It folds up into a small bag... See me fitting it back into the bag here.

A Drone Bag £32.99

I sometimes like to carry a lot with me (Drone, SLR camera etc.) and this is the type bag that I use.

Camera cleaning kit £7.99

A camera cleaning kit ... for a drone!?

Camera cleaning kits are great for not just cleaning the camera of your drone but also cleaning (Or blowing) dust and dirt from the drone itself.

DJI Goggles £349

DJI Goggles are brilliant. The only problem I have with them is the law that says you need a spotter whilst using these which is why I now use the Epson Moverio BT-300 Smart Glasses.

DJI Smart controller £579

I can't justify the cost of one of these but if you want to be able to use your drone without a phone then this is the way to go. I have read good things about this but until I make a million from this website (Don't laugh, I've made about £15 so far this year!) then I'll stick with my phone.

Lipo battery bag £7.99

It isn't common but lithium battery fires do happen, so this is a must if you're worried about this.

This drone accessory keeps you and your device safe in a fireproof bag, also useful when travelling on an aircraft, although I have never had this stipulated when flying.

Sun Hood £5.99

Even in the UK, we get sun sometimes and the glare can make it difficult to read the screen, so a sun hood is a good (And quite cheap purchase).
